CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide 2 hour notice. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 2 hours notice will be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. First time late cancel charge may be waived at my discretion. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Clients arriving more than 10-15 minutes late may have their service modified/shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting the next appointment. If the appointment can no longer be accommodated, the late cancellation fee may apply. Thank you for respecting my time!
